Maybe you have heard the ignorant Rick Ross song in which he says "im big meech, im larry hoover" The only reason a former corectional officer feels comfortable pretending to be Demetrius "Big Meech" Flenory, is because unfortunately Mr. Flenory is serving a 30 yr sentence for running a gigantic coke smuggling/distribution racket. (btw LArry Hoover also warrants a quick wikipedia rundown) The BMF story is primed for adaptation into a large-scale gangster movie, a la GoodFellas or American Gangster. (hopefully without some silly-ass Jay-Z accompanyment) Realistically Jeezy should be doing the music, as he was obvi down with BMF (find out the origins of the Gucci/Jeezy beef, and the role that BMF played in it, its alll on WIKIPEDIA, or the citations) I think i could sell my screenplay, based solely on internet research, with no input from the actual players (hundreds of them)
